How to reach us — for organizations interested in deploying RAQEB, journalists covering electoral integrity, applicants with questions, people responding to a published finding, and anyone with a methodology question.
RAQEB serves multiple audiences — adopting organizations, journalists, researchers, citizens, electoral bodies, donors. The right channel depends on what you need. Choose below, or use the general contact form if you're not sure.

Press inquiries
For journalists, editors, and researchers covering RAQEB, the methodology, deployments, or electoral integrity more broadly. Press kit available on request.
press@raqebinitiative.orgMethodology questions
For technical, editorial, or research questions about the published methodology, AI detection, human-verification process, qualified-language principles, or anything else in the methodology page.
methodology@raqebinitiative.orgCorrections to a finding
If you are affected by a finding published by a RAQEB deployment, the deployment that published it handles corrections — not SmartGov directly. We can route your request, but the response will come from the relevant deployment.
Each deployment also publishes its own direct correction channel — check the deployment's public dashboard for the fastest route.
corrections@raqebinitiative.orgLicense and legal
Questions about the RAQEB license, eligibility criteria, the license agreement, or legal matters related to a deployment.
license@raqebinitiative.orgPrivacy and data

privacy@raqebinitiative.orgSources and whistleblowers
If you have information about electoral misconduct and want to contact RAQEB confidentially, use the secure channel below. We do not identify sources publicly without explicit consent.

For SmartGov organizational matters not directly about RAQEB — donor reporting, partnership development, organizational inquiries.
contact@smartgov.techA secure way to reach us as a source
If you have information about electoral misconduct — coordinated networks, undisclosed political advertising, manipulation of media content, or anything else covered by RAQEB's monitoring scope — you can contact us confidentially. No email account needed. We will not identify you publicly without your explicit consent. Where the matter is best handled by a specific deployment, we will route it with your knowledge and consent.
For non-confidential contact, use the general form below. For ProtonMail-to-ProtonMail encrypted email, write to raqebinitiative@proton.me.
Send us a message
Use the form below if you're not sure which channel fits, or if you prefer not to send email directly.
Response times and what to expect
We aim to respond to every legitimate message. Realistic timeframes:
- Deployment applications at /apply:Initial response within 15 business days (approximately 3 weeks) from submission
- Press inquiries:Within 2 business days where possible
- Methodology and license questions:Within 5 business days
- Correction requests to a deployment:Routed within 3 business days; deployment responds under its own policy
- General contact form:Within 5 business days
- Sources and whistleblowers:Receipt acknowledged promptly; substantive engagement may take longer
These are targets, not guarantees. During high-volume periods (e.g., during an active election cycle) some channels may take longer. If your matter is time-sensitive, say so in the subject line and we will prioritize.
